About Mandy Taylor

Mandy Taylor joined the College of Health Sciences as an instructor for health sciences in Spring 2019. She holds a bachelor's in Health and Sport Sciences and a master's in Health and Sport Sciences, Health Promotion - both from the University of Memphis. As a former public health educator for the Tennessee Department of Health, she brings experience with program management and implementation and community health education, as well as assisting community partners with finding appropriate grants to enhance overall health outcomes of the counties that she served. Her commitment to personal and professional excellence is exhibited by her recognition as a Certified Health Education Specialist by the NCHEC. Ms. Taylor is just as committed to helping students learn and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the health field.
