About Ebonie Allen-Gregory
Ebonie Allen-Gregory joined the University of Memphis College of Health Sciences team in April 2024 as a research associate in the Center for Nutraceutical and Dietary Supplements Research. Her role includes the recruitment of study subjects, study coordination and assisting with data collection.
She has held positions in the clinical healthcare industry for over 20 years. Her mission is to serve, advocate, engage and partner with members of our community while promoting wellness. She serves as a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Tennessee Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Diabetes DPG Mentorship Program, the National Organization of Blacks in Dietetics, and the National Society of Leadership and Success. She is currently obtaining her master's degree in Clinical Nutrition. Once licensed, she will pursue her passion to specialize in diabetes education and lactation wellness and consulting.
