Readmission

Once accepted into a degree program, a student is expected to enroll every semester thereafter (excluding summer sessions) and make satisfactory progress toward the degree. A student who does not enroll for a fall or spring semester must apply for readmission or who takes an approved leave of absence must submit an application for readmission.

To submit an application for readmission to a program to which you have previously admitted and enrolled, please apply here.  Fill out the background information and select "Readmission" on the application type page. 

Submission of an application does not ensure readmission. Readmission applications are reviewed by departments.  Departments may require additional materials in order to make a decision. Please contact your program coordinator prior to submitting a readmission application.
