EVEA |
The Tennessee Eligibility Verification for Entitlements Act requires the University of Memphis to verify that students 18 years of age or older who obtain a state public benefit are a United States citizen or otherwise lawfully present in the United States. This is an enrollment checklist item. You cannot enroll for classes if your lawful presence is not verified. |

Official Final Transcripts |

Send final official transcripts and test scores to: The University of Memphis Official electronic transcripts can be sent from the issuing institution to graduatetranscripts@memphis.edu. If you were admitted with unofficial test scores contact ETS to have your official test scores sent to the University of Memphis. Graduate Student Health Insurance |
For Domestic Graduate students, the Univeristy of Memphis offers comprehensive insurance you can purchase on a voluntary basis. For International Graduate Students on an F1 or J1 VISA health insurance is required and students will be automatically enrolled in the UofM SHIP starting January 1, 2024. Students can opt out if they provide proof of insurance that is equal to or greater than the UofM SHIP. For information on the plan and waiver information, please go here. |

The state of Tennessee requires state public institutions of higher education to verify that on campus students have received mandated immunizations and meet certain health requirements. |
