About Fogelman Women in Leadership (FWL)

Two Program Tracks

The Fogelman Women in Leadership (FWL) program offers two tracks that work to provide intentional programming to build a network of women leaders within the Fogelman College of Business and Economics and beyond.

Our student track programming provides guidance to undergraduate and graduate women students and is open to all majors of the University of Memphis. We seek to provide programming that offers networking connections to professional women leaders as well as personal development opportunities such as leadership assessments, skill development and self-growth.

In Spring of 2023, we launched our professional women track. Working with a broad range of leaders in our community, FWL works to provide opportunities to women currently in the workplace full-time who want to enhance their career mobility as well as their own leadership styles. In this track, we strive to help women in the 901 area and beyond to achieve their desired career goals with purposeful professional programming.
