Certificate Overview
Looking for a quick way to enhance your technical skills to help organizations make
better decisions in a data-driven world?
The Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics for Technology is a four-course program that can be taken post-bachelor’s degree, post-master’s
degree or as part of a master’s degree program.
This program is comprised of many contemporary tools, concepts & techniques in high
demand such as machine learning, data management, problem solving, systems implementation
& management, statistical analysis tools and programming languages used in analytics.
Curriculum
The Data Analytics for Technology Certificate is a 12-credit hour/four course program.

Required:
- MIS 7190 – Programming for Business
- MIS 7660 – Advanced Database Management
- MIS 7620 – Business Machine Learning I
- MIS 7621 – Business Machine Learning II

Admission Requirements

U.S. bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, awarded by an accredited college or university. The MSIS program will consider three-year degrees from accredited institutions.
