Dr. Larry Moore Publishes Business Law Textbook

Dr. Moore, Fogelman Business Law professor, has just completed his third textbook, "The Legal, Social, Political Environment of Business: Basic Elements, 1st edition" 2018. The new textbook has been completely rewritten with special emphasis toward the needs of his students in The Fogelman College of Business and Economics. This includes an intensive study of federal regulations of business with emphasis on the laws constitutional basis, independent regulatory agencies, litigation, and how these elements effect the operation of businesses especially in the areas of securities, environmental practices, and safety. The text also looks at the technological, political, and social factors which are major factors in the political process of law making.
