Ms. Dice enjoys teaching a wide variety of undergraduate courses, including Freshman Composition, Literary Heritage, African American Literary Heritage, and Children's Literature. Her current independent research interests include the works of Maurice Sendak, A. A. Milne, and African American children's literature.
