Applications to attend the Conferences for Undergraduate Women and Gender Minorities in Physics will be open August 26, 2024, through October 23, 2024, 5:00 p.m. ET.

Timeline of Important Dates
- Applications Open: Aug 26, 2024
- Applications Close: Oct 23, 2024 at 5 PM ET
- Decisions Sent & Registration Open: Nov 12, 2024
- Registration Deadline: Dec 4, 2024 at 5 PM ET
- CU*iP 2025: Jan 24-26, 2025
Process of applying and acceptance
You apply to attend a CU*iP conference, then you are directed to a nearby CU*iP site. The site reviews your application and you are accepted or declined. After you have been accepted, you will need to register and pay a $45 fee to confirm that you will actually be attending.
Fee Waiver
If your department is not covering the registration fee, and the $45 fee is causing financial hardship, you may request a fee waiver by contacting women@aps.org to request a registration fee waiver form. Please note, fee waiver requests must be made two days in advance of the registration deadline.
Non-student
If you are a faculty member, chaperone or other non-undergraduate who wishes to attend the CU*iP at the University of Memphis please complete the non-undergraduate form here by [enter cut-off date here].
