New Grants

Deborah Moncrieff was awarded CSD’s Faculty Research Grant for her project entitled Will ARIA training improve speech perception and satisfaction with bilateral hearing aids?

Jani Johnson was awarded CSD’s Faculty Research Grant for her project entitled Motivating diverse adults to take action for better hearing health: An exploration of barriers and facilitators from the patient’s perspective.

Lisa Lucks Mendel and Monique Pousson were awarded a Micro Grant entitled Intraoperative Noise Levels and the Effect on Team Communication During Pediatric Spine Deformity Surgery from the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America. This project will record noise levels in the operating room during spinal surgery and is in collaboration with Dr. Jeffrey Sawyer at the Campbell Clinic.
