Austin Henley Accepts Tenure-Track Position at UT Knoxville

Doctoral student Austin Henley has accepted a tenure-track faculty position at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Austin's research at the U of M, with advisor Prof. Scott Fleming, has focused on human-centered software engineering tools. He has collaborated with researchers from Oregon State University and IBM. Austin has also had multiple industry internships with First Horizon, National Instruments, and Microsoft Research.
Among his recent accomplishments is a paper with Prof. Fleming to appear in CHI 2018. This work was in collaboration with Microsoft Research and was a product of his internship there.
