Virtual Event Registration & Management Services

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected us all in many ways, especially in regards to how we meet and conduct business. Virtual events have become an innovative way that businesses have been able to bring people together safely.


Conference & Event Services is happy to provide new virtual event packages that can help your next virtual event go smoothly, and take some of the stress out of the registration and online event moderation process.

CES offers three separate tiers of virtual event management:

Tier I - Standard Virtual Registration

  • $10.00 per registrant (if fewer than 50 participants, a minimum of 50 will be charged)

  • CES will create a customized registration site for your event

  • Registration will be monitored and we will provide attendee information to client as requested

  • Communication with attendees to confirm attendance status

  • Registration support, reporting, and assistance provided via email and phone

 

Tier II - Advanced Virtual Registration

  • $15.00 per registrant (if fewer than 50 participants, a minimum of 50 will be charged)

  • CES will create a customized registration site for your event.

  • Registration will be monitored and we will provide attendee information to client as requested.

  • Collection of registration fees will be managed by CES

  • Communication with attendees to confirm payment and attendance status.

  • Registration support, reporting and assistance provided via email and phone

  • Financial reporting and reconciliation provided

  • Create and distribute post-conference survey, and provide client with report of results

 

Tier III - Premium Virtual Registration

  • $20.00 per registrant (if fewer than 50 participants, a minimum of 50 will be charged)

  • CES will host event on the UofM's Zoom platform (maximum of 300 attendees included in package - other options available)

  • CES will moderate comments/questions during your meeting

  • CES will create a customized registration site for your event.

  • Registration will be monitored and we will provide attendee information to client as requested.

  • Collection of registration fees will be managed by CES

  • Communication with attendees to confirm payment and attendance status.

  • Registration support, reporting and assistance provided via email and phone

  • Financial reporting and reconciliation provided

  • Create and distribute post-conference survey, and provide client with report of results

 

CES also has multiple professional meeting spaces we can provide as a backdrop for your speakers. The FedEx Institute of Technology and Fogelman Executive Center can provide an impressive location for your virtual events.
