About 

Mr. Williams is an accomplished, innovative, and inspiring instructor with a 28-year background in law enforcement. He possesses specialized skills and training in crime scene investigations, crisis intervention team (CIT), active shooter, hostage negotiations, corrections, patrol procedures, police administration and management, and special weapons and tactics. Mr. Williams has taught Constitutional Criminal Procedures, Introduction to Criminal Justice, Criminology, Ethical Dilemmas in Criminal Justice, Criminal Procedures, Introduction to Police, Criminal Justice Administration, Race/Ethnicity in America, Intro to Corrections, Crime and Criminal Behavior, and Organized Crime.
