University Records Management Program

The University Records Management Program is established to facilitate the efficient management of University of Memphis records operation. Individual department or activity managers are primarily responsible for the maintenance, retention, and transfer to storage of University records under their control. It shall be the responsibility of the University Records Officer to develop procedures as appropriate for administration of the records management program.
