Ft. Payne, Alabama 2003

This aftershock survey was conducted by Professor Mitch Withers and seismic response team in the area of Ft. Payne, Alabama after a Mw 4.6 earthquake occurred on April 29 @08:59:39.0700 (UTC). The earthquake was located at Latitude 34.49383°N, Longitude 85.62983ºW, depth 19.81 km, at 2.48 km southwest of Alpine, Alabama. This project was sponsored by the Center for Earthquake Research and Information (CERI), University of Memphis. Three Episensors and seven CMG6TDs were deployed from April 29 to June 6, 2003.

A network code "XU" was assigned by the Federation of Digital Seismographic Network (FDSN).
