Seismologist Steve Horton, led a team from CERI to deploy six CMG6TDs at an area near Bardwell, Kentucky after a Mw 4.0 earthquake occurred on June 6, 2003 @12:29:34.2100 (UTC).

Hypocenter - latitude 36.87883ºN, longitude 88.99583°W; 

Depth -  2.5 km, (2.65 km east of Bardwell, Kentucky).

Deployment duration - June 7 to July 2, 2003.
