About Dr. Xu
Dr. Yonghong Jade Xu is a Professor in Educational Research in the Department of CEPR. Her expertise is in statistics, quantitative research methodology and survey design. Her research focuses on gender and racial disparities in STEM education and career success. Her past work also included studies of gender and racial disparities in faculty of postsecondary institutions and in law education and the legal profession. Dr. Xu continues her inquiry about gender and racial inequality in STEM and is extending her research to adolescence population in middle and high school, as part of her continuing effort to promote democratic values and equality through rigorous academic endeavor.
