Rachel Arthur is a Research and Data Analyst at the Center for Community Research and Evaluation. She has over 21 years of experience working as a researcher in the social sciences and has extensive experience of educational research and program evaluation. Her professional background includes a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Psychology at the University of Memphis (2003-05) and research consulting with the Center for Research and Reform in Education at Johns Hopkins University (2014-16).
