Upon advancing to their junior year or completing a degree review, students transition to major or concentration-specific faculty advisors. These faculty advisors offer specialized guidance, mentoring students with a focus on their chosen field, cultivating a deeper understanding of their disciplines, and helping them build professional networks essential for career success.
