Tiphany Booker Robertson
Tiphany Booker Robertson joined the University of Memphis in March 2007 as a Registration
Coordinator in Continuing Education and after three years in this position, she was
transferred to the Collierville Campus as an Office Associate. Here, she served as
a Proctor for online ROPD Examinations and assisted the director in other office functions
for seven years.
She is now a new staff member on the Center for Athletic Academic Services team. She will assist in maintaining the daily operations of this department as a liaison with faculty and supply needs, Fiscal Management and other actions associated with the Athletic Department.
Tiphany has a myriad of other office work experience which includes working as a Supervisor
at the Customer Service Call Center for National Product Reconditioning for eight
years and as an Office Assistant for four years. In addition, she worked as Office
Manager at Sunrise Community of Tennessee for four years, Office Assistant in Corporate
Communications at Memphis Light Gas and Water for two years, and Customer Service
PBX Operator at Methodist Le Bonheur Hospital for one year.
She attended Shelby State Community College in 1992 and is currently working on certification
to become a licensed Pharmacy Technician. Because of her love of music, she also works
as a Minister of Music at local churches.
She loves being a new Mom as well as traveling and spending time with her family.
