Welcome to Financial Planning and Analysis

Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for the development and implementation of the University's budget throughout the academic and administrative areas. Our office prepares various state-mandated reports including the Legislative Appropriations request and provides forecasting models and other financial analyses which are used to support resource allocation decisions. In addition, Financial Planning is responsible for all aspects of position control and position budget management for the University.
