We welcome you to The Department of Biological Sciences. If you are our guest as a Seminar Speaker please note the following:

You will be presenting in Ellington Hall 100 auditorium. It is outfitted with a top end PC, HD ceiling mounted projector, microphone for the presenter, and DVD ability via the PC. A laptop VGA cable to projector is available as is a sound cable (separate and requires a sound card in the laptop not combined with the video card).

**If you are presenting with a Mac laptop please bring with you the adapter you will require to connect to a VGA video cable. Your Mac must be able to connect (audio out) to a cable separate from the video card.

As with any technology, if not using the standard equipment available it is highly recommended that you also bring your presentation on a USB key as a back up plan.

Tech support is available for Thursday seminar setup at 3:30 pm for 4:00 pm seminar in Ellington 100 or Ellington 101 by scheduled appointment or by calling 901.678.8888.
