Dual Masters in Anthropology & City and Regional Planning
Pairing a second degree with a Master's in City and Regional Planning allows students to enhance their specialization in urban anthropology and community development and broaden their perspective on public policy. Specialized training in City and Regional Planning provides anthropologists with additional skills in planning the physical development of communities, as it intersects with the social, economic, cultural and environmental well-being of communities. This dual degree path can be completed in 6 semesters. The ability to apply certain credits to both degrees makes it easy. See below for credit hour requirements and a sample degree trajectory.
