Planning to visit the University of Memphis during your Summer Break? You'll have a chance to hear from admissions, financial aid, scholarships, campus departments, and much more while also getting to tour our beautiful campus!

Before the Visit

Parking

We recommend that guests park in the Zach Curlin Parking Garage listed as PG2 on the campus map. Parking is free for guests and you will receive your parking pass at check-in. 

Event Location

Summer Visit Days will start in the University Center Senate Chamber with an admissions information session and an opportunity to meet with our admissions staff to ask questions. 

Lunch

Join us for lunch in the Tiger Den, our all you can eat buffet style cafeteria. *
* Guests attending our June 7 visit day will be provided with a boxed lunch as the Tiger Den will be closed.

1. What is an open house? 

An open house is an opportunity to meet with a campus department of your choice. Depending on the open house, you might go on a tour a building, sit in on a session, have a meeting with a faculty member, meet student ambassadors, or many more options. Each open house differs but has the primary goal providing you with the opportunity to explore your area of interest! 

2. What if I want to go to more than one open house? 

Unfortunately, students will only be able to attend one open house during their visit. Though, if you would like to schedule a meeting with a department outside of the day - feel free to reach out to the department directly! 

3. Is the event free? 

Yes! We are happy to have you on campus and lunch is included for all registered students and registered guests.
