High School Counselor Portal

This page has been designed to provide high school counselors the necessary information to view their students' University of Memphis application files. The portal will provide information about an applicant's current application status, missing documentation and miscellaneous information about the UofM. Please review the information below to access and begin using the portal.

Access the Portal

Establishing an account with Slate.org is the first step.  You will need to visit: https://slate.org/connect/login and provide your first and last names, work title, high school provided email account, phone number, and school/college affiliation (CEEB code will be required).  Your account information will be verfied by Technolutions (the service provider) before you will be permitted access to the portal.

If your account is the first user account created/verified for your institution, you will be designated a Slate.org administrator for your institution.  From this point, you will be responsible for approving new user accounts from your institution.  Please review additional information regarding account management at Slate.org. If you experience any problems creating an account or approving new accounts, please send email to: info@slate.org.

Viewing an Applicant's UofM Application File

You will need to login to Slate.org using the credentials you provided when you established your account.  After you've logged in, you will search for the University of Memphis.  Once found, follow the link to see the students who have applied to the UofM from your high school.  Please review additional information regarding navigating Slate.org.  If you have any questions about a student's application, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Orientation at:  901-678-2111 or email: admissions@memphis.edu.
