Fulbright Program
The Fulbright Student Program is the U.S. government's most prestigious scholarship
program. It provides opportunities for U.S. students to undertake international graduate
study, advanced research, university teaching, and teaching in elementary and secondary
schools worldwide.
Fulbright applications are highly competitive, and students are encouraged to start
preparing at least a year before the application deadline.
Campus Deadline
The campus application deadline for the 2025 - 2026 academic year Fulbright Student Program is Sunday, September 8, 2024.
Applicants will receive an e-mail notifying them of the date and time for their campus interviews, which will be scheduled for a couple of weeks after the campus deadline.
Please do not re-submit the online application until the Fulbright coordinator has un-received your application and reviewed your application with you after the interview.
For detailed information regarding the Fulbright Program, please go to the Fulbright Website: http://us.fulbrightonline.org/
Application Process
All candidates applying through a U.S. institution must submit their completed Fulbright application to that university's Fulbright committee for review. To do so, mark your application as "Ready for Campus Review" before the campus deadline. This will lock your application and allow the campus committee the opportunity to review it prior to your interview.
Check the official Fulbright Student site for required application components for Study/Research: Academic, Study/Research: Creative & Performing Arts, and English Teaching Assistant (ETA) grants.
Once your application has been submitted for institutional review, the Fulbright Program Adviser will schedule a campus interview for you. Following the interview and before the final deadline in October, you will have the opportunity to revise your application based on feedback provided by the Fulbright Program Adviser and the campus interview committee.
You must work with the Fulbright Program Adviser to ensure that your application is officially submitted and that all supporting documents are attached by the final deadline.
