Explanation of the name “Milton Memphis”
“I spent five years working for the Memphis Convention and Visitors Bureau as a visitor’s
counselor. Working as a visitor counselor deepened the respect and admiration for
the city I was born and raised in. My friends and family always get annoyed with my
random facts about Memphis. So, they started calling me “Milton Memphis” and I just
ran with the new nick name. I think it’s perfect for radio.”
