Jazz Thursdays continue at Cortona Contemporary Italian Restaurant, located on 948 South Cooper. In the heart of Cooper-Young, the pub serves up cold drinks along with a side of smooth jazz.

The evening kicks off when The Randy Ballard Jazz Collective takes the floor at 7:00 p.m. every Thursday, just in time for dinner. The performance ends at 9:30 p.m.

Born and raised in Memphis, Ballard is aspiring young artist who performs as the band's trumpeter and vocalist.
