Strengthening Communities grant recipients are responsible for submitting required reports using the templates below (in Word form).  Reports should be submitted via email to strengthencommunities@memphis.edu.    

 

Capacity Building Grant Reporting

Compliance Guide

Nine Month Report: Word Version 

Eighteen Month Report: Word Version 

2012 Capacity Building Grant recipients' final reports are due January 31, 2014.

2013 Capacity Building Grant recipients' progress (9 month) reports are due April 30, 2014, and final reports are due January 31, 2015.

 

Small Grant Reporting

Final (12 Month) Small Grant Report Word Version

2012 Small Grant Recipients' 12 month reports are due September 30, 2013.

2013 Small Grant Recipients' 12 month reports due September 30, 2014.

We also request that project teams share information with the University so we may share your updates, successes, and lessons learned with other Strengthening Communities grant recipients.  We will request your permission before sharing these items with the Strengthening Communities community.  

Information that can be shared includes: notices about upcoming meetings, events, and activities related to your project; evaluation and data collecting tools; and relevant data, research, or articles.  Please forward all documents to strengthencommunities@memphis.edu.

We would also appreciate recipients sharing any photos you take of the development and implementations of your projects.  Please also uploading photographs to Flickr.com(http://www.flickr.com/photos/scimemphis), or video to YouTube (with 
#SCIMemphis).
