Memphis-area high school students will demonstrate their knowledge of foreign languages
and cultures at the 19th annual Foreign Language Fair on Saturday, March 27, at the
University of Memphis. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Psychology
Building, the Psychology Auditorium, and Dunn Hall.
The students will compete in a variety of contests, including poetry recitation, writing,
costumes, folk dance, drama, music, projects, crafts, and a “Culture Bowl.” Competitive
events will be conducted in French, German, Japanese, Latin, and Spanish.
Parking is available in the Zach Curlin garage or the Central Avenue parking lot.
