Visit the U of M for Family Weekend Fun April 12-13

Parents and family members will have a chance to visit with their University of Memphis students and have some fun during Family Weekend, April 12-13. Activities will include sporting events, entertainment, a reception hosted by the Parents Club, a recipe contest, and All-Sing.

Saturday activities will include the Blue-Gray spring football game, softball games on the Park Avenue campus, Team Rootberry (an extreme juggling act), and a choice between a theater production of George Orwell's Animal Farm on campus or the University Singers' performance of Berlioz's Requiem at the Cannon Center downtown.

Sunday's events will include the Presidential Leadership Recognition Awards, a reception with U of M President Shirley Raines and other administrators, and the All-Sing singing competition for fraternities and sororities.
