|Forensics Conference Sept. 14th Will Examine Medical & Legal Issues

“Forensics: A Multidimensional Approach to Personal Violence” will be the topic of a conference Friday, Sept. 14, at the University of Memphis Holiday Inn. Rachell Copeland, president and founder of Global Forensics Solutions, will be the keynote speaker. Sessions will be led by experts in counseling, assault, nursing, legal issues, law enforcement and elder abuse.
The conference is especially designed for professionals in health care, social services and law. They will learn about the growth and development of forensic sciences in today’s medical and legal environments.
Participants are eligible to receive 4.45 contact hours. The fee for students is $25; the cost for professionals is $75 with no contact hours, $95 with contact hours. U of M Alumni Association members receive a $5 discount.
