The University of Memphis Lambuth Campus will hold a Study Abroad Fair Thursday, Sept.
20, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Wilder Student Union Jack Morris Ballroom.
Students will have a chance to speak with Study Abroad faculty, program providers
and past program participants about international study opportunities. Information
about semester, summer and full academic year programs will be available. All students
who attend will have a chance to win one of three $1,000 scholarships toward a U of
M-sponsored study abroad program.
The U of M Study Abroad program offers more than 200 programs in 50 countries. Students
of all majors and levels can apply to study abroad in the country of their choice. Those
who have completed a semester at the University are encouraged to apply.
Most institutional and federal aid can be applied toward the cost of study abroad.
In addition, the University has an International Experience Scholarship Fund for students
who study abroad.
