Iliana Ricelli

Iliana Ricelli, SPHR, senior director for Workforce Management with the Department of Human Resources at the University of Memphis, is the new president-elect of the Tennessee Chapter of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPAHR). 

Ricelli has more than 17 years of experience in the human resources field at public and private educational institutions.  She has also taught college-level courses in her field of expertise.  She began work at the U of M in September 2011.

CUPAHR serves more than 14,000 human resources staff members at more than 1,800 colleges and universities across the nation.
