Guests

 

Guests must obtain a Special Privileges card before requesting to be log on to one of the six guest computers, on a space available basis.  Adults accompanied by children may request one additional guest log-in for children, if space is available.  Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.   A Special Privilege card can be obtained at the Circulation desk.

 

Students and faculty from specified reciprocal institutions must present their institutional ID when submitting an application. Rhodes, CBU, Ole Miss, and Southwest Tennessee State Community College are all on the list. Check with the Circulation Department for the current list.

 

Guest accounts are limited to two hours per day during regular McWherter Library hours.  Guests may access the Internet, our information resources, and basic Microsoft Office programs.  Guests may print by purchasing and adding money to a copy card. Guests should bring a USB drive or other storage device because nothing can be saved on the computers.

McWherter Library: RM 110

The regular hours of the McWherter Learning Commons (all floors) are now the same as the McWherter Library:

     7:30 a.m. - midnight (Monday -       Thursday)
     7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Friday)
     10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Saturday)
     1:00 p.m. - 10:00pm (Sunday)
