The Mental Health Law & Policy Journal is dedicated to the mission of exploring, educating, and expanding scholarly discourse
within the broad spectrum of mental health law and policy. Our goal is to provide
a forum for scholarly debate and discussion on mental health legal issues and their
intersection with mental health policy.
The Lawyers as Peacemakers, Lawyers as Problem Solvers regional conference was held on October 18-19, 2012. The conference featured a number of national speakers, as well as regional presenters,
