Antitrust Law (volume 6, 7, and 8); law review articles on trademark law, Federal
Tort Claims Act, Tennessee administrative law, labor law, products liability law,
and Russian law. He is a member of the American Law Institute. Fulbright Scholar,
Spring 1997 and 2001-2002.
