Humphreys School of Law, 1999-2008; Associate, Black, McLaren, Jones, Ryland & Griffee,1997-2008; Associate, Cravath, Swaine & Moore,1989-1994.

Achievements:  Lynda Wray Black has practiced law in New York City and Memphis, primarily focused in the areas of estate planning, probate and trusts.  Her practice also has encompassed representation of not-for-profit organizations, contracts, sureties law and domestic relations.
