Digital certificates: Purchase LSP and IT Staff
SSL certificates for official University of Memphis web servers can be obtained from a block of Comodo certs purchased and managed by ITS.

Cost: $100 for one year certificate, or $200 for a three year certificate.
Average Completion Time: 2 business day. This may vary according to the vendor's validation process. It is best to order certs 30 days before expiry date.

Use of one or more Oracle databases for approved users on campus. Oracle databases are hosted in a shared-server environment that is located in an ITS managed Data Center. Development, Test, and Production environments are available. ITS manages the three Oracle environments including backups, patches, upgrades, etc.

TAF Computer Labs: Manage construction Faculty, Staff, LSP and IT Staff
Manage construction for TAF funded facilties, including labs and smart classrooms

Average Completion Time: Deans TAF Committee approves fiscal year projects in May/June for the following year. Client Services completes the approved construction between semester breaks. Most projects are completed in July and August.

How to Request: TAF funded construction is approved by the Deans TAF Committee. To request use of TAF funds for new construction of a TAF computer lab, submit a request to the Dean of your college.
Technology account password: Change Faculty, Staff and Students
Synchronize technology account and passwords across all enterprise platforms including Active Directory, Exchange (UMmail), UMdrive, and myMemphis.

Average Completion Time: Immediately. Information is synced instantly. Any changes made in iAM are reflected across all enterprise systems immediately.

How to Request: Update your password at https://iam.memphis.edu/. Changing your password in iAM will automatically change your password across all enterprise platforms including Active Directory, Exchange (UMmail), UMdrive, and myMemphis.
TigerLAN: Create standard image to be deployed in TAF funded labs throughout campus Staff, LSP and IT Staff
TigerLAN images for the following hardware are created and posted prior to the start of each fall semester and updated prior to the start of each spring semester, if required: Dell Optiplex 740, 745, 960, 780 and Latitude D 630, E6400. The image is deployed by the LSP assigned to the lab.
