Memphis Innovation Bootcamp

Forward thinking organizations understand the value of innovative employees. However, developing cutting-edge innovation and design thinking skills can be challenging. Local companies and non-profits now have the opportunity to develop the most progressive skills within their workforce. The FedEx Institute is collaborating with experienced innovation practitioners in our community to deliver the Memphis Innovation Bootcamp (MIB). This 3-day, intensive, hands-on introduction to the latest concepts in design thinking is based on Stanford Design School’s Executive Innovation Bootcamp.

The goals of the MIB are:

  • To prepare future innovators to be breakthrough thinkers and doers
  • To use design thinking to inspire multi-disciplinary teams
  • To foster radical collaboration
  • To tackle big projects using prototyping to discover new solutions

MIB is housed in the IDEA space on the 2nd floor of the FedEx Institute.
