FIT

If you have an idea for a business and are enthusiastic about entrepreneurship, the FedEx Institute wants you.

The FedEx Institute Entrepreneurship Fellows program will develop entrepreneurial potential and leadership skills through hands-on experiences, networking, mentoring, and educational programming.

Fellows will receive a stipend of $3,500 each semester they are enrolled in classes and are actively working on their startup.

Applicants must be full time students with GPA of at least 3.0 and 60 earned credit hours by the start of the program.

Application must be returned by October 15, 2014 to Kevin Boggs at kpboggs@memphis.edu or FedEx Institute of Technology, Suite 303.

Blue Cross Blue Shield’s Tennessee Health Foundation presented a check to the university for the 2nd year of funding for the launch of FITKids.

This web-based tool helps parents reduce their children's risk of obesity by making healthy changes. FITKids was developed through the support of the FedEx Institute.
