Hiring FCBE Interns
|Mrs. Carolyn Cates
Internships are a great way to provide college students an opportunity to learn while
your organization benefits from new talent. Many employers today consider internships,
the new “entry-level job” and build internships into their HR staffing strategy.
Internships can be structured around projects relating to any of our majors including
Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, MIS, Management, International Business,
and Supply Chain Management.
To learn more about the FCBE internship program, contact Mrs. Carolyn Cates, Assistant
Director of the Avron B. Fogelman Professional Development Center and she will discuss
opportunities with you. Please email her at email@example.com.

The first step of our process is to develop an internship description which outlines
what your organization plans for the intern (or interns) to do during the internship
period. A sample internship description is available for your convenience in our
employer education packet.
Internships in business are normally paid internships. However, some unpaid internships
offer strong learning opportunities, particularly in the non-profit sector. To review
