Women Who Lead

100 Years, 100 Women Event

 Women Making History Everyday

The UofM Women's History Month committee invited students and faculty to share their stories about the women who have made history in their lives.

We were pleasantly surprised with the response! Over 300 written pieces were submitted. Honored were mothers, step-mothers, grandmothers, sisters, teachers, advisors, professors, and co-workers.

Pieces were selected and displayed during the opening event for Women's History Month.

Read the student submissions here, and click here to read about the women our faculty wanted to honor!
