Senior Project Director, Upskill Mid-South
Diane Pabich is Senior Project Director of Upskill Mid-South at the Center for Community Research and Evaluation. With over 15 years of experience developing and executing policy and programs across multiple service delivery areas, Diane is an expert in the implementation of highly effective economic/workforce development programs that meet the needs of employees, employers, and industry. With expertise in organizational strategy and design, human capital, and policy development, her work has been pivotal to implementing workforce projects in Memphis, Baltimore, the District of Columbia, and Washington State. At CCRE, Diane leads the Upskill Mid-South team to build industry partnerships, with the goal of providing accelerated training for 1,860 Mid-South residents in the areas of advanced manufacturing, logistics & technology, and construction.
