The mission of Cadet Field Training is to train, test, and validate specific Military Qualification Standards, (MQS-I), pre -commissioning requirements while developing the leadership skills of the cadet cadres to prepare them to assume their roles as leaders of the Corps of Cadets and to create competent, and confident leaders for the United States Army.
