The Cat is Out of the Bag!
Thank you to our Tiger family that came to welcome the Tigers to Town! We would also
like to thank each of our sponsors and artists who made this project possible.
Most of the Tigers have temporarily gone back to their den to prepare for the year-long
Centennial Celebration ahead. Six of the Tiger statues remain on the U of M Student
Plaza for fans to enjoy. All 100 statues will be out on the prowl on the U of M campus
beginning October 1. After remaining on campus through 2011, the Tigers will move
to their locations in the town. A map of campus locations will be available at memphis.edu/alumni on October 1, followed by a map of Memphis-area locations in January.
