I chose the to stay home and attend the University of Memphis because I felt like I fit in here. Although I received scholarships other places, the people I met here had so much Tiger Pride, and it was encouraging. I still was able to go away through my study abroad experience in Brussels.

Information on I-20 Documents and Visas

Upon being admitted to the University of Memphis as an international student, you will be sent an I-20 form which will include your Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) assigned number. The SEVIS number is necessary to assist you in receiving a visa. The International Student Office (ISO) at the University of Memphis will send the I-20 form to the permanent address provided on your application for admission. In order to expedite receiving your SEVIS number, you are welcome to e-mail the ISO at csnunis@memphis.edu. You are required to have this number in hand prior to scheduling a meeting with an American embassy or consulate.
