Fall 2008 semester is just around the corner and calendars are already marked with class times and meetings. The dean and his staff would like to take the time to congratulate Arts & Sciences world-class faculty and students on the numerous awards received in the 2007-2008 year.

This website is dedicated to those who have worked countless hours to make the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Memphis an outstanding academic institution.

In addition to recognition of annual faculty awards this site includes the Faculty Service Awards.

You'll also find an agenda for the College of Arts and Sciences mandatory faculty meeting to be held on Wednesday, August 20 at 2:30-4:00 pm in the Psychology Auditorium. All full-time faculty are required to attend this meeting. The agenda also includes important dates and events relevant to the fall semester.

Many of the photos on this site were taken by Lindsey Lissau, University of Memphis Photographer and others were submitted by faculty members and students who received Academic Enrichment Funds and Travel Enrichment Funds. The images rotate each time you refresh your page.
